yes, it's sad... my notebook is kaput fortunately it had still guaranty left. prohibition for 2 weeks. and the worst is that they (mediemarkt) didn't want to give me a replacement. they said that my laptop looks like i have treated it roughly and they still want to sell the substitute equipment... two weeks. and it wasn't my fault that it looked decrepit. it was an acer extensa. and acer laptops have a silver top that is very vulnerable to scratches.
i have to wait two weeks now in hope for a new notebook. the old one repaired would be ok too. but a new one would rock :)
so cross your fingers !
